We recommend enquiring as soon as your date and venue are confirmed, particularly for weekends, school holidays and warmer months. Short-notice hire may still be possible, so please ask.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your times, venue, address or equipment requirements change. Any change will depend on availability, delivery arrangements and whether the equipment is suitable for the new venue.

Please provide the event date, full postcode, venue or garden details, expected age group, preferred times and any access restrictions. Measurements are especially helpful for indoor venues or smaller gardens.

We serve Colchester and surrounding villages within a 15-mile radius. Send us the full event postcode and we will confirm whether delivery is available.

Please make sure the access route and setup area are clear of vehicles, furniture, toys, waste, sharp objects and pets. Let us know in advance about narrow gates, steps, steep paths, long carrying distances or restricted parking.

No. We will position and set up the equipment, explain the important operating guidance, and collect it at the agreed time. Please do not move or disconnect the inflatable after setup.

The required area is larger than the inflatable itself because room is also needed for the blower, anchoring, safety mats and safe access. Tell us the available dimensions and surface type so we can advise whether a castle is suitable.

Bouncy castles normally need access to a suitable mains electricity supply for the blower. Tell us before booking if power is unavailable or the socket is a long distance from the setup area.

Indoor hire may be possible where the venue permits inflatables and provides enough floor space, ceiling height, access and power. Please obtain accurate room and doorway measurements before enquiring.

Safety comes first. Wind, heavy rain or unsuitable ground conditions may affect an outdoor booking. Contact us as early as possible when poor weather is forecast so we can discuss the available options. Final arrangements will depend on the equipment and conditions.

Yes. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable throughout the hire period and follow all operating and safety instructions provided at setup.

Only the users and age groups approved for the particular inflatable should use it. Tell us the expected ages when enquiring so we can discuss a suitable option.

Users should remove shoes, glasses, jewellery and sharp objects, and keep food, drinks, face paint, party poppers and silly string away from the inflatable. Follow the full guidance provided with your hire.

Our autumn sale prices are £65 for a 1-day hire (normally £75) or £105 for a 2-day hire (normally £115). A light and speaker package can be added for £25, and overnight hire is available for an additional £25.
